These Artists Are Going Head To Head In ‘The Voice’ Battle — Who Will Win?

It’s finally time for the Battle Rounds on The Voice season 19. After some stellar Blind Auditions, each coach has 10 artists on their teams. The artists will be going head to head and one of them will be declared the winner of each battle.

‘The Voice’ Coaches And Artists Are Gearing Up For The Battle Rounds

Kelly Clarkson, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and John Legend are ready to mentor their teams and help move them forward in the competition. Each coach is allowed two steals during the Battle Rounds so they can add a contestant who was not chosen by their coach on their teams. The coaches also get the chance to save one of their own artists who does not win a battle. Julia Michaels, Leon Bridges, Miguel and Kane Brown will be joining The Voice as Battle Advisors this season. Who is going to face off during the Battle Rounds?

Lauren Frihauf Vs. Payge Turner (Team Gwen)

The first battle on The Voice that we can look forward to seeing is Lauren Frihauf vs. Payge Turner. Lauren is a 16 year old who grew up on a farm. After growing up performing opera and theater, she discovered a love for rock music. She impressed during her audition singing “Come to My Window.” Payge is a spunky rocker from the island of Trinidad and Tobago who sang “Call Out My Name” for her Blind Audition. She moved to the United States and pursued music in college. Their Battle Rounds performance was released in a preview where they sang “If The World Was Ending.”

Taryn Papa Vs. Worth The Wait (Team Blake)

Blake has put Taryn Papa and trio Worth The Wait up against each other singing “Little White Church” by Little Big Town. Taryn has been performing at Blake’s Ole Red in Nashville. Her life has totally come full circle after ending up on Team Blake singing “Anyway” for her Blind Audition. Worth The Wait is a mother-daughter trio went viral after singing in a store on day. Their mother replaced their older sister in the trio so she could care for her child with special needs. Who will take home the win in the Battle Rounds?

Olivia Reyes Vs. Tamara Jade (Team Legend)

Olivia Reyes and Tamara Jade are going head to head on Team John singing “Hard Place” by H.E.R. Tamara was an early standout and got a four chair turn after taking on an iconic Lizzo song at her Blind Audition. Olivia is best friends with the daughter of season two winner of The Voice, Jermaine Paul. So they both are very clearly seasoned which will make this a great battle to look forward to.

Eli Zamora Vs. Madeline Consoer (Team Kelly)

Eli Zamora and Madeline Consoer are facing off in the Battle Rounds on Team Kelly. The pair are singing “Nobody Wants To Be Lonely” by Ricky Martin and Christina Aguilera. Madeline is a fitness trainer who said that her career has helped her to learn to work hard and be disciplined in her music career. Eli has lived half of his life in Mexico and honors his roots by singing in Spanish just like he did for his Blind Audition on The Voice.

Jus John Vs. Payton Lamar (Team Blake)

Jus John and Payton Lamar will be singing “Dancing With A Stranger” by Sam Smith and Normani. Jus John grew up singing in church and is very dedicated to taking care of his mother who is battling multiple sclerosis. Payton previously lived in Paris with her basketball player husband but recently relocated to Nashville. Her main focus is music along with the video production company she runs. This is one of the more shocking pairings on The Voice but we are excited to see where it is headed.

Bailey Rae Vs. Sid Kingsley (Team Legend)

Bailey Rae and Sid Kingsley will be taking on the country hit “Tennessee Whiskey” during the Battle Rounds. Bailey comes from a rodeo family and grew up performing. She currently performs at Blake’s Ole Red. Sid has been playing instruments all his life but he was finally convinced to pursue singing with a little encouragement from his fiancé. He has been an active soul singer for the past six years.
