Why Fans Are Begging Adam Levine To Return To ‘The Voice’
Reading Time: 3 minutes
Adam Levine was a coach on The Voice for 16 seasons and won the show three times. Though there have been several other coaches to join the show over the years, fans are still asking for the Maroon 5 singer to make his triumphant return.
Fans Want Adam Levine To Return To ‘The Voice’ For This Reason
Adam is pretty much the only person who can totally outwit Blake Shelton. They have had a ton of memorable bickering moments and little catfights. But at the end of the day, they also did have some major bromance moments. Adam and Blake’s friendship really blossomed on the show and it’s definitely one thing that fans are missing.
Not to mention that after winning the show seven times, Blake has gotten rather confident over the years. Some may say it’s too confident. He is looking for his eighth win on season 19, as the other three coaches Gwen Stefani, John Legend and Kelly Clarkson have all made it their mission to beat him this year. They even branded him as a “liar.” But still, it seems like they are no match for Blake who is a fan favorite amongst the auditioning contestants.
Fans called upon Adam to knock Blake off of his high horse.
Others feel like The Voice is not the same without Adam and Blake bickering.
Adam’s return to the show might intimidate Blake a little bit while of course entertaining viewers at home. Blake even stirred the pot a little bit on Twitter by poking fun at the fact that he and Adam both ended up in the top two spots on the iTunes charts. Fans miss this kind of energy on the show.

Is Adam’s Return To ‘The Voice’ Going To Happen?
Adam returning to the show is not such a far fetched idea. We did see Gwen leave the show in season 18 and she was replaced by Nick Jonas. However, Gwen is back for season 19 proving that The Voice has a rotating panel of coaches. This leaves the door wide open when a coach leaves for them to always come back.
“I really do miss it,” Adam told Ellen DeGeneres about leaving The Voice. “I love the people that I met and worked with, and you all obviously know how I feel about [fellow coach] Blake [Shelton].… I do miss it but I don’t miss how much I had to work. I was constantly working for so many years — very lucky, very fortunate, very blessed and all that — but to just be able to stop in this moment to spend time with my new young family and just have the greatest time ever. Now I’m a stay-at-home dad. I just stay at home and do very little.” The singer has two children and also is a co-producer on another NBC show, Songland.
