Take a look at his unforgettable audition below.
Vino Alberto Papilaya Breakdanced On ‘Indonesia’s Got Talent’
During his Indonesia’s Got Talent audition, Vino walked to the front of the stage and placed his hat on the floor. He then launched into a round-off back handspring which nobody was expecting. Vino then jumped what looked to be at least six feet in the air before covering his face with his shirt. He proceeded to do some very intense breakdancing moves all the while his face remained covered. This took some insane skill because breakdancing requires so much precision.
Vino’s song choice was also a hit with the people on YouTube as several people took to the comments to compliment him. He danced to the hit “Beggin” by American Idol winner Phillip Phillips.

He finished the routine by doing a forward roll and scooping his hat up off the floor. It was the perfect way to end such a dynamite performance. Vino was all smiles after the performance. The judges were big fans of Vino’s act and were especially amazed at the fact that he performed such dangerous moves with his eyes covered.
They all gave him “yes’s” to put him through to the next round. However, Vino did not appear at the Semi-Finals of Indonesia’s Got Talent in 2014. There was some very stiff competition that year from other dancers and groups. It was blind singer Putri Ariani that won the competition.
Where Is Vino Now?
After auditioning for Indonesia’s Got Talent, Vino went on to compete at various B-Boy competitions and instructional workshops. One person in the YouTube comments wrote that Vino is their breakdance instructor so it seems like he has been making a living off of teaching breakdancing.
He continues to keep his fans entertained over on Instagram, posting videos where he dances around the town and tries out some crazy moves. According to social media, he now goes by the name B-boy Vinix. The captions on his posts always include words of encouragement for people to never give up and follow their dreams just like he did.
Vinix competed at the Indonesia B-boy Championship in 2018 where he made the top 16. After all of these years of training, it is clear that his technique and skills have only improved since being on Indonesia’s Got Talent.
