The 14-year-old entered the studio, crawling in an unimaginable body position, followed by gasps from the audience. Clarkson from first sight seemed shocked at the sight of the contortionist’s skills. Speaking on first discovering her talent, Wulf mentioned that she used to do gymnastics at the age of six, but discovered she was a ‘failure at it’.

She added: “But then, I saw a circus show and I took some pictures, and I was like ‘That looks really fun’ so when I got home I tried to do some of the poses and I actually got really close.”

Emerald told Kelly she spends ‘three or four hours a day’ practicing her skills before attempting to teach Clarkson a challenging yoga stretch in front of the live audience. “It’s very common in yoga, it’s called the seal pose,” Wulf told Clarkson. The two proceeded to lay on the studio carpet, sitting into a full body stretch with a straight back.

After the interview, Emerald performed a socially-distanced long-form routine for the studio audience and those watching at home.
