Dan + Shay Featured in Season 25 Promo as First-Ever Double Coaching Duo
The Voice recently released a teaser promo for the upcoming Season 25, generating excitement by featuring new coaches Dan + Shay. The award-winning country duo will make history as the first-ever double chair coaching team on the show.
The promo shows Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney seated together in a large red chair, touting themselves as a “double whammy” pairing. Their introduction as coaches coincides with the news that Niall Horan and Gwen Stefani will not return for Season 25.
Dan + Shay’s coaching debut on The Voice stage comes after they performed their sentimental song “Bigger Houses” on the Season 24 finale. The performance highlighted their eagerly anticipated role as the landmark season’s groundbreaking coaching duo.

Season 25 Details, How to Watch, What to Expect
The Voice Season 25 will premiere over two nights, with the first episode airing on February 26, 2024, at 8 PM ET on NBC. The second episode airs the next night, February 27, also at 8 PM ET.
After the two-night premiere event, the show will continue airing new episodes every Monday and Tuesday. Viewers can also stream episodes on Peacock the day after they air.
