The Voice Season 20 returned on Tuesday night with another round of Blind Auditions. Coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Nick Jonas, and Blake Shelton continued filling up their teams.

The coaches were back to bickering over contestants, including the season’s first four-chair turn without any blocks. With fiancée Gwen Stefani gone this season, Blake Shelton has been duking it out with the other coaches, accusing them of being too Hollywood.

Check out the night’s performances below, and read on to find out which teams the artists joined.

Gean Garcia (Team Kelly)

This singer performed “All I Want” by Kodaline. Blake Shelton was the first one to turn around, blocking Nick Jonas. Kelly Clarkson was the next to turn around. Shane shared that he toured with his father, who is a musician.

After the coaches were done arguing over the block, Kelly told Gean that his voice has “presence.” Blake said he was “passionate” about Gean’s talent. Utimately, Gean chose to join Kelly’s team.

Carolina Rial (Team Legend)

This 17-year-old singer went viral online after Jennifer Hudson reposted one of her covers. Sadly, her father passed away when she was young. For her audition, Carolina sang “Stay With Me” by Sam Smith.

John and Nick turned around for the performance. Nick praised the “power” in Carolina’s higher register. John said her audition was a “tour de force.” Ultimately, Carolina chose to join John’s team.

Blake said it was “sad” that the other coaches didn’t turn around, saying they didn’t know enough about country music. Kelly of course objected to this statement. Ethan chose to join Team Blake.

This singer grew up writing poetry, and has recently been developing her sound and working on an album. For her audition, she sang “Midnight Sky” by Miley Cyrus.

Unfortunately, none of the coaches turned around for her. John said it was hard for him to “narrow in” on her voice. Nick encouraged her to keep trying.

Zae Romeo (Team Nick)

This singer grew up in foster care before he was adopted. As a teenager, he left home for ten days before he returned after seeing a missing poster of himself. For his audition, Zae performed “Falling” by Harry Styles.

Kelly and Blake were the first coaches to turn around, followed by Nick. Eventually, John turned around as well, making Zae a four-chair turn. Blake said he has a unique voice, while John said his performance had “twists and turns.” However, Zae ended up choosing Nick’s team.
