Jesy Nelson, one of the four members of popular girl group Little Mix is taking an “extended break” from the group. Of course fans are worried about her and what is going on in her life. The question looms of when she will be back.

Jesy Nelson Is Taking A Break From The Group Little Mix
Earlier in November, Jesy pulled out of some television appearances. The rest of the group went on to appear without her. She ended up missing the Final of their show Little Mix: The Search. Two million viewers tuned in to see who would win the show and were confused by Jesy’s absence. “Jesy is unwell and will not be appearing on tonight’s final of Little Mix: The Search” a Little Mix spokesperson said in a statement.
“Jesy is having extended time off from Little Mix for private medical reasons” a spokesperson for Little Mix said in a more recent statement. “We will not be issuing any further comment currently and ask media to please respect her privacy at this time.”

Jesy was also unable to join Little Mix as they hosted and performed at the MTV European Music Awards. The rest of the group members, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirwall went on to perform as a trio. It was recently announced that after releasing their latest album “Confetti,” the group will be going on a tour in 2021. The first tour dates are set for April but there is still no word on whether Jesy will be going on tour.
The Group Has Been Quiet On Social Media About Jesy Taking A Break
The last time Jesy posted anything on Instagram was on Halloween. She showed off her glam costume and makeup in a post with over 513,000 likes. In April it was announced that she and boyfriend Chris Hughes ended their relationship after the pair were isolating separately during the lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic. She has since begun dating actor Sean Sagar.

The Little Mix Instagram page continues to update content about their tour and new music. They have not mentioned Jesy’s absence or how long she will be gone on social media. Still, their die-hard fans are worried and speculating about what happened. “Get well soon Jesy. We love youuu” one fan wrote in an Instagram comment on the page. “Girls how’s jesy? Is she okay? I’m a bit worried, take all care of yourselves” another person wrote.

The tight knit group has been together since 2011 when they were put together on The X Factor after auditioning as solo artists. They were the fist group to ever win the show and the rest is history, going on to top the charts and perform on some of the worlds biggest stages.
We hope Jesy gets well soon and knows that she has so many fans rallying in her corner and just want to see her happy and healthy.
