Teen Singer Impresses in The Voice Early Release

Ava Nat showed off a beautiful tone on her cover of “I Love You, I’m Sorry.” Coaches Reba McEntire and Niall Horan hit their buttons to turn around for Ava almost simultaneously, followed soon after by Snoop Dogg.

After the performance, Ava introduced herself to the coaches as an 18-year-old singer from New York. Reba McEntire told Ava that her voice is “like butter,” calling it “so smooth and clear.” Ava shared that she loves “singer-songwriter pop” and jazz.

“I wish you would have sung a jazz song,” Michael Bublé told Ava. “Your voice is so beautiful. I’m so glad that these three incredible coaches turned for you. I just can’t wait to steal you.”

Snoop Dogg said Ava sounded like she was performing on Broadway, while Niall Horan said it was clear that she connected with the song, as she sounded like she was “reading out of a journal.” We’ll have to wait until Monday’s episode airs to find out which coach’s team Ava chose to join.
