Kelly Clarkson is on a mission to sell two of her homes amidst her divorce from ex-husband Brandon Blackstock. The Voice coach has two mansions on the market, and she’s been slashing the prices.

Kelly Clarkson’s Houses That Are Up For Sale
In February of last year, Kelly Clarkson re-listed her home in Tennessee. According to the New York Post, the waterfront property had been for sale on and off since 2017. Last month, Kelly slashed the price on the house from $7.5 million to $6.95 million. It was first listed at $8.75 million.
Kelly first bought the house, located in the Nashville suburb of Hendersonville, in 2012 for $2.86 million. It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a home theater and two spas on the grounds.

But that’s not the only property Kelly has on the market. She recently re-listed her Encino home, which was first for sale in May 2020 — just one month before news of her divorce broke. In the new listing, the home’s asking price has gone down from $10 million to $9 million.
Kelly bought the house for $8.5 million in 2018, after joining The Voice as a coach. The property has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as a two-story guest house.
Kelly Buys A New House Amidst Divorce
Kelly and her family had been spending quarantine together on a ranch in Montana before she filed for divorce. On her talk show recently, Kelly revealed that she just bought another new home.

During an interview with Fran Drescher, Kelly said her new house is “very white and clean.” She added that she got help from her show’s art director to make over her home office. “I need to feel cleansed,” she said. “I just wanted to feel happy, and it does. The colors make me feel really good.”
It’s not clear yet where Kelly’s new digs are located, but it sounds like she’s ready for a fresh start as she goes through her separation from Brandon.
