Sofia Vergara Shares Photos from First ‘Modern Family’ Cast Reunion

America’s Got Talent judge Sofia Vergara took to Instagram on Wednesday to share photos from a Modern Family cast reunion. All the main actors were in attendance at the cozy get-together, with the exception of Ty Burrell.

“First Modern Family reunion!!!!” Vergara wrote on Instagram to accompany a post showing the cast posing together, with a photo of Burrell to complete the group. Vergara’s onscreen husband Ed O’Neill can be seen next to her, as well as her TV son Rico Rodriguez.
Other cast members in attendance at the reunion were Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen, Sarah Hyland, Ariel Winter, Nolan Gould, and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons. According to People, showrunners Christopher Lloyd and Steven Levitan were also in attendance.
Vergara shared several other photos from the reunion, including one of Hyland and Winter raising their glasses and embracing, as well as a shot of Ferguson posing next to Burrell’s photo — which was propped up on the mantel.
This isn’t the first time cast members have gotten together since the show ended in 2020. Last year, Vergara and some of her co-stars attended Hyland’s wedding to Wells Adams.

Vergara Is Starring in a New Netflix Series
Since Modern Family ended in 2020, Vergara has sat on the AGT judging panel for three seasons. Fans might be disappointed that she hasn’t done much acting in recent years. However, that’s going to change in January.
Vergara is starring in the Netflix miniseries Griselda, set to premiere on January 25, 2024. The actress plays Griselda Blanco, a real-life Colombian drug lord. Vergara transformed herself for the role. Some fans might not even recognize her.
