Sofia Vergara Calls Quits With New Boyfriend: “She Doesn’t Want to Settle with Anyone”

Sofia Vergara was on the way to beginning a new long-term relationship, but it seems like the America’s Got Talent judge favors single life. The Colombian beauty and orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman are reportedly not in an official relationship anymore.

According to a report from DailyMail, Vergara has cooled off her relationship with Saliman. Right now, Vergara’s not yet ready to commit again. Apparently, the short-lived romance was something the Modern Family star didn’t see as serious.
“There is still a spark between Justin and Sofia, but Sofia likes being considered single and ready to mingle, she doesn’t want to settle with anyone, even if there is an amazing connection with Justin,” the source said.
Be that as it may, the two didn’t break up on bad terms. Vergara and and Saliman are not totally cutting ties and are still seeing themselves hanging out, although not romantically anymore.
“They might have a couple of dates again and dinners, but they aren’t an official couple anymore – much to Justin’s chagrin,” the source said. “It started off being something awesome and sexy but was more of a rebound for Sofia as Justin wanted a little more.”
The two initially sparked dating speculations last October after they were seen enjoying a romantic outing in West Hollywood. On the other hand, the actress and doctor were last seen together on December 20 during their date at Nobu, Malibu.
Previously, a source told DailyMail that Vergara’s relationship with Saliman has “made her never look back.” The same insider told that the actress loves the fact that Salima is not an actor.
“She is very attracted to him, and things are moving fast,” the insider said. “This is way more than a rebound. They have bonded on love lost and are just having a complete blast with each other.”
The Orthopedic Surgeon Wants to Redeem Their Romance
While Vergara isn’t looking forward for their comeback, Saliman thinks otherwise. Seemingly though, the America’s Got Talent judge wants to enjoy the single life for now.
“They are still talking and Justin is looking to get it back but any sort of future between the two is more unknown when it comes to Sofia. She doesn’t want to settle down again right now with anyone,” the insider said.
Vergara and Saliman’s romance came after her divorce from husband Joe Manganiello. The estranged couple announced their separation in a joint statement.
“We have made the difficult decision to divorce,” they wrote. “As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
