Over the weekend, it was announced that Riley Green will be sitting in one of the spinning red chairs on Season 30 of The Voice. Veteran coaches Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson were already announced as returning for the new season.
In a video posted to Instagram, Green listened to a voicemail from Clarkson, who called herself a “superfan of your music,” sharing that she’s covered his songs before. She also got the competition started early, telling Green, “Team Kelly’s going to whoop that ass.”
Green is currently on the road performing his Cowboy As It Gets tour of North America. The 37-year-old singer has released three studio albums, most recently Don’t Mind If I Do in 2024. Last year, he put out an EP titled Midnight Sessions.
