The Masked Singer Season 7 finale is fast approaching, but before we find out who the winner is, the show is giving us a chance to relive the season’s best moments. FOX is airing a “Road to the Finals” special this week ahead of next week’s finale.
‘The Masked Singer’ to Air ‘Road to the Finals’
Wednesday’s “Road to the Finals” special will air on FOX at the usual time of 8/7c. That means we’ll have to wait until next Wednesday, May 18, to watch the season finale and find out which of the three finalists is the winner.
This week’s episode will take a look back at some of the season’s most memorable moments, as well as some of the best performances from contestants. There will also apparently be some clues included that we’ve never seen before.
This season certainly wasn’t short on dramatic moments. We saw McTerrier (Duff Goldman) lose his mask in the season premiere, and Firefly walked off the stage at one point when they found out they were in the bottom two. That’s not even mentioning the controversial reveal of Rudy Giuliani as Jack in the Box.
When we finally do get to see The Masked Singer Season 7 finale on May 18, there will be three finalists left in the game. Firefly, Ringmaster, and Prince will face off against each other. All three of them come from Team Good, meaning Team Bad and Team Cuddly were entirely shut out in the Finals.
Prince was the last finalist to be chosen, beating out Team Bad’s Queen Cobras (En Vogue) and Team Cuddly’s Space Bunny (Shaggy) in last week’s episode. Prince performed “Sir Duke” by Stevie Wonder, ending the performance on a throne.
Regardless of who wins the season, all three finalists will be unmasked in the finale, so we’ll finally know for sure which celebrities have been performing in those costumes all season. Let us know in the comments which finalist you’re rooting for.
