‘Real Dirty Dancing’ to Feature ‘Dirty Dancing’ Star Jane Brucker as Guest Judge
Upcoming FOX competition show The Real Dirty Dancing will feature a star from the original movie as a guest judge. Jane Brucker, who played Baby’s older sister in the 1987 film, will appear on the show in the second episode.
The Real Dirty Dancing is a new dance competition in which eight celebrities compete to recreate iconic routines from the classic movie Dirty Dancing. At the end of the season, one man and one woman will be named the ultimate “Johnny” and “Baby.”
Brucker will appear as a guest judge in the February 8 episode of the show. Brucker played Lisa Houseman, protagonist Baby’s older sister, in the original film. The outlet also reports that Brucker will perform “Hula Hana,” which her character sang in the film’s fictional talent show.
Another notable guest judge from the upcoming season is Allison Holker Boss, the former So You Think You Can Dance contestant who also happens to be married to the show’s host, Stephen “tWitch” Boss. She’ll appear in the February 15 episode.
What to Expect from The Real Dirty Dancing
