Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Evan Asher, Rita Ora, and Ken Jeong on 'The Masked Singer' 2026

The Masked Singer returned to FOX on Wednesday night for the show’s highly anticipated Season 14 semifinals. Catwitch, Galaxy Girl, Crane, Pugcasso, and Pangolin were back to perform once again. In this episode, the group fought for their spot in the Top 4.

Celebrities Which Panelist They’re Linked to in Semifinals

Galaxy Girl was the first performer of the episode. Before singing “Misery Business” by Paramore, her clue package shared a lot about her famous best friend. While her best friend was performing in sold-out arenas, she was also singing karaoke in her convertible. Though Galaxy Girl was scared of being in the spotlight, she felt her friend prepared her for what’s to come.

In this episode, celebrities’ second clues were pointing out which panelist they have a personal connection to. Then, that panelist is able to ask as many questions as they can in 25 seconds. Galaxy Girl was connected to Nick Cannon, so he had her reveal that he’s friends with her husband (they partied together) and they go back to the early 2000’s.

Panelists guesses for Galaxy Girl were Ashlee Simpson (Rita Ora and Jenny McCarthy), or Aly Michalka (Robin Thicke).

The next performer of the episode was Pangolin, who discussed her Nana being her best friend. Apparently, her Nana would hold news clippings about her and show it to everyone. A few years ago, Pangolin lost her Nana and became sad when she was raising her daughters.

In the semifinals, the celebrity sang “It Must Have Been Love” by Roxette, before revealing her link to Ken Jeong. She’s been on TV with Ken Jeong, but not in KPop Demon Hunters, or Crazy Rich Asians. Panelists guessed that this celebrity is either Lea Michele (Ken Jeong), or Rachel Platten (Jenny McCarthy).

Rita Ora FINALLY Guesses Cat Witch’s Identity

The next singer was Crane, who talked about her multi-platinum breakout success. Though she had a ton of pressure to strike while the iron was hot, her world was falling apart behind the scenes. While being on the top of the world, she had to be there for her parents, who were ill. Their love helped her build her courage.

In the semifinals, Crane sang “Break Free” by Ariana Grande before revealing that she has a personal connection with Rita Ora. Though Crane wasn’t on a show Ora judged, or even in a film together, they were on TV together in a competition. This lead panelists to guess that Crane was either Normani (Rita Ora), or SZA (Ken Jeong).

Next was Pugcasso, who sang “Bad Dreams” by Teddy Swims. His clue package included an audition tape, including the fact that everyone in America once had their eyes on him. He has always thought of himself as a musician, not a celebrity. His own kid doesn’t know he’s famous!

Pugcasso is connected with Jenny McCarthy, but we don’t really know how. They’ve shared a stage together, but they haven’t dated. McCarthy thinks she may have introduced him on a talk show. Semifinal guesses for this celebrity are Shay Mooney of Dan and Shay (Jenny McCarthy), or Darren Criss (Rita Ora).

Cat Witch, who America already knows is Kylie Cantrall, was the final celebrity performer of the night. In her clue package, she spoofed a journal entry for her “mother” which was actually dedicated to Ora. Key points included being in a franchise, her mom being a queen and following in her footsteps.

She then sang “Run to You” by Whitney Houston before revealing that she has a personal connection with Robin Thicke. Thicke has recorded with Cat Witch’s parents and she also has a connection to Ora. Panelists then guessed Cat Witch is Noah Cyrus (Robin Thicke), or Kylie Cantrall (Rita Ora).

Pangolin Unmasked As Rachel Platten

Following the audience voting for their favorites of the night, it was determined that Pangolin would be unmasked. Going into the final is Cat Witch, Crane, Pugcasso, and Galaxy Girl. Before Pangolin’s unmasking, there was one final clue given, golden boxing gloves.

Before the unmasking, panelists closed the case with guesses of Vanessa Carlton (Rita Ora), Lea Michele (Ken Jeong), Michael Branch (Robin Thicke), and finally Rachel Platten (Jenny McCarthy). Pangolin was then unmasked as Rachel Platten. Jenny McCarthy officially guessed Pangolin right!

The Masked Singer returns to FOX on Wednesday, April 1. Next week will be the season Finale!
