Episode 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 6 has featured a nine week lip sync extravaganza. Week after week, queen Silky Nutmeg Ganache has dominated her battles in the “game within a game.” Now, just one lip sync remains between the reigning queen, and the road to “ru-demption.”
“I am the lip sync guru,” Silky Nutmeg Ganache exclaimed before her final battle.
In the last remaining lip sync, the reigning champion went head to head against queen, Eureka. The battle of epic proportions, have begun in RuPaul’s “lip sync smackdown eleganza extravaganza.”
Eureka was the 9th eliminated queen and proved ready to fight for her place back in the competition. Upon taking to the stage, RuPaul informed her of the “game within a game” that has been happening for the past nine weeks. She stood proud, before her battle against the one queen that stands between her and “ru-demption.”
“Silky is riding high on a six week winning streak,” Ru announced on the panel.
Silky Nutmeg Ganache was feeling more than confident in this stage of the battles.
“I sent six girls home and it is my due diligence to send a seventh home,” she said to all of us watching at home.
The Epic Final Lip Sync
The queens battled head to head as they performed a dramatic lip sync of Kelly Clarkson’s “Since U Been Gone.” Eureka showed off her skills as she performed a number of high kicks and splits. Very impressive considering she wore a skin tight, color-blocked body suit. Eureka dedicated the performance to her mom. She even kept her life alert necklace on during the performance to be close to her.
This was easily the the toughest battle to judge yet. After leaving it all out on the stage, Ru took a moment to commend the queens for their triumphs.
“Thank you both for blessing the competition with your enormous charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent,” she said.
Just when we are all about to discover the winner of the final lip sync smackdown, the video cuts out. This left the top four queens, and all of us at home with a massive cliffhanger. With great anticipation, we’ll just have to tune in next week to find out which queen has gained ru-demption.
