Nikki Bella, Artem Chigvintsev’s Wedding Series Has a Dramatic New Trailer

Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev got married in Paris earlier this year, and an upcoming E! reality series will let fans in on the experience. The show, called Nikki Bella Says I Do, has a new trailer that’s surprisingly suspenseful considering we all know how it turned out.

The new trailer starts with Chigvintsev proposing to Bella, as the WWE star says in a voiceover, “Four years ago, I met this guy. Four years later, I’m marrying him in our favorite place in the world. This is where I’m meant to be. This is the person I’m meant to be with.”
The trailer also teases Bella’s bachelorette party and wedding preparations. But it also hints that “getting to the altar will be anything but easy.” In one moment, Chigvintsev gets emotional about his parents not being able to make it from Russia.
In another moment, Bella tells her sister Brie that “Artem freaked out at me,” prompting Brie to say, “I’m kind of worried about you guys.” There’s also a hint that Chigvintsev might have “cold feet” because of the couple’s arguments.
There’s even a shot of what appears to be Chigvintsev walking away during the wedding. At one point, he says, “This is, like, a f*cking disaster.” Bella can be heard saying that her “groom ran away.”

The Show Premieres in January
The wedding series will be a four-part event, premiering on E! January 26, 2023. It will be interesting to see how much of the trailer’s apparent drama is actually legitimate, and how much has been hyped up to get people to tune in.
For those who don’t know, the couple met in 2017, when Bella competed on Dancing with the Stars. She was partnered with pro dancer Chigvintsev. They went public with their relationship in 2019 and announced their engagement in 2020. Bella gave birth to the couple’s son Matteo later that same year.
