Comedian, actor, and The Masked Singer host, Nick Cannon recently released a hilarious skit on his Instagram alongside internet personality and entertainer Lele Pons. The skit aims to teach viewers the nuances of properly complimenting women in professional workplace environments in the modern era.

The skit kicks off in an office space, where Cannon innocuously compliments Pons, remarking, “You look really good today.” Surprisingly, Pons reacts with visible discomfort, seemingly offended by the direct comment on her appearance. As we soon find out, Cannon has an educational purpose behind the awkward exchange.
What ensues is a playful exchange as Cannon attempts revised compliments, each time inadvertently aggravating Pons further. Despite his efforts to rectify the situation, Cannon finds himself in a predicament, apologizing to Pons and adamantly denying any intention of looking at her “that way.”
The final twist is that Pons seems more offended at the insinuation she’s not attractive enough to compliment. Caught in a double bind, Cannon hurriedly excuses himself, leaving the tension humorously unresolved.
Pons is famous for her comedic skits and videos across social media platforms. As revealed in Season 9 of The Masked Singer where she performed in disguise as Jackalope, Pons has long expressed herself through performing.
