Meet the Judges of New Talent Show ‘Come Dance With Me’

Things are finally coming together for the Come Dance With Me premiere on April 15, and the judges are ready to go. The premise of the show is that talented young dancers will invite supportive adults in their lives to dance with them for a chance at the $100,000 grand prize.
Jenna Dewan will appear on the show’s judging panel, alongside Tricia Miranda and Dexter Mayfield. The show is hosted by Philip Lawrence. Let’s get to know the Come Dance with Me judges and host ahead of the season premiere this spring.
Jenna Dewan
Dewan worked as a backup dancer for artists such as Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, and Pink. In 2006, she starred in the dance-themed movie Step Up with her future husband Channing Tatum. She and Tatum have a daughter together named Everly. The couple got divorced in 2019.
Dewan has also acted in a number of projects, including American Horror Story and The Rookie. She also hosted the competition show World of Dance. Dewan is currently engaged to actor Steve Kazee. The couple has a son together named Callum, born in 2020.
Tricia Miranda
This choreographer got her start in Los Angeles in 2001. She’s worked with a number of famous artists, including Beyoncé, Demi Lovato, and Snoop Dogg. She also choreographed for Missy Elliott at the 2015 Super Bowl halftime show.
Miranda has choreographed for shows such as So You Think You Can Dance and for commercials advertising brands such as Walmart and Starbucks. She also has over a million subscribers on her YouTube channel, where she posts dance routines she’s choreographed.

Dexter Mayfield
Mayfield is a dancer, actor, and model who has worked with stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry. He debuted as a model for men’s underwear brand Marco Marco at LA Fashion Week in 2015, and later walked in the Savage x Fenty Volume 2 show.
Mayfield was also featured in Taylor Swift’s “You Need to Calm Down” music video in 2019. He posts dance routines on his Instagram account, and he’s also taught dance classes for Kayla Brenda’s BODYLOVE.
Philip Lawrence
The new show will be hosted by Philip Lawrence, a songwriter and record producer who has won eight Grammys, including album of the year for Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic. He wrote and produced songs for the Netflix holiday film Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey, and also appeared in the movie.
Lawrence appeared alongside Bruno Mars at the 2014 Super Bowl halftime show. In 2013, he released a solo album called Letters I Never Sent. Lawrence is also a voice actor, performing in projects such as Rio 2, as well as Disney video games and shows.
