Meet The Celebrity Cast of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 31

After weeks of fan speculation, Dancing With the Stars has officially confirmed of the cast members of season 31. Dancing With the Star‘s first season on Disney+ premieres on September 19. Here’s who will compete for this year’s mirrorball trophy.
Unlike past seasons, fans were unable to determine each celebrity ahead of the group’s Good Morning America announcement. The celebrity cast was able to keep themselves well concealed from the paparazzo ahead of the season.
1. Charli D’Amelio
This 18 year old rose to fame in 2019 with the rise in popularity of TikTok. Her content on the video sharing app features dance, lip syncing, “get ready with me”, and more. Ahead of Charli‘s TikTok fame, she was a competitive dancer for over 10 years.
2. Heidi D’Amelio
If you know Charli, you probably have heard of her mom, Heidi. Although she is primarily known as the mother to Charli and Dixie D’Amelio, Heidi is a social media personality herself. Heidi publishes content related to her family, advertisements, brand collaborations, and more.

3. Wayne Brady
Wayne is a comedian and actor, that became a household name on the show, Whose Line Is It Anyway. He has also hosted The Wayne Brady Show, Don’t Forget the Lyrics, and Let’s Make a Deal. Fans believe that Witney Carson is the partner of the five-time Emmy Award winner.
4. Gabby Windey
Gabby is a pretty big name in The Bachelor franchise universe. She was seen on season 26 of The Bachelor and season 19 of The Bachelorette alongside Rachel Recchia.
5. Trevor Donovan
This actor is well known for his role of Teddy Montgomery on the 90210 reboot. Aside from 90210, he’s starred in various Hallmark Holiday films. Fans were able to easily identify Trevor, since he used a backpack to cover up his recognizable calf tattoo. Fans believe that his professional partner is Emma Slater.
6. Jordin Sparks
American Idol season six winner Jordin Sparks is ready to return to a competition show once again. In 2021, the “No Air” singer competed on The Masked Dancer and even reunited with Paula Abdul.
7. Joseph Baena
Joseph is the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Baena, he is an actor, real estate agent, and amateur bodybuilder. Fans believe that Daniella Karagach is his professional partner.
8. Daniel Durant
This hard-of-hearing actor is set to be apart of the Dancing With the Stars cast this season. Daniel has been featured on the stage in The Black Drum, Jonas and The Body, Spring Awakening, and in the films CODA and Silent Notes. He also appeared in 17 episodes of Switched At Birth and the Netflix original series, YOU.
9. Sam Champion
Sam is an Emmy and Peabody Award winning weather anchor for the ABC station WABC-TV and Good Morning America.
10. Jessie James Decker
Jessie is a singer/songwriter and former reality TV star. Her and her husband, former NFL star Eric Decker, starred in “Eric and Jessie” on E!
11. Jason Lewis
Jason is an actor, best known for his role as Smith Jerrod in Sex And The City. His character was the love interest of Kim Cattrall’s character Samathana Jones in 2003.
12. Shangela
RuPaul’s Drag Race seasons 2 and 3 star Shangela is up for the mirrorball this season. This drag star has also appeared on RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 and A Star is Born (2018). Shangela is currently the co-host of HBO’s We’re Here.
13. Cheryl Ladd
This Charlie’s Angels actress is set to compete for the mirrorball this season. Although she’s most well known for her role as Kris Munroe in the show’s second season, but she recently appeared in the film A Cowgirl’s Song as the grandmother of Darci Lynne Farmer and Savannah Lee May’s characters.
14. Vinny Guadagnino
Vinny is notoriously known from his role on the MTV reality series, Jersey Shore. He appeared in all six of the season’s of Jersey Shore and also was apart of its spin-off Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
15. Teresa Giudice
Teresa is a television personality who rose to fame on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. She’s appeared on Bravo for 13 years. Outside of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa is a best-selling author and podcast host.
16. Selma Blair
Selma is known for acting in the films Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions, and Hell Boy. This actress was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018 and turned her experiences into a best-selling memoir, Mean Baby. Reports state that she is currently in remission from MS.
Dancing With the Stars premieres in its first season on Disney+ on Monday, September 19. Fans cannot wait to see the celebrity-professional pairs.
