Reading Time: 4 minutes
It is finally time! Dancing With The Stars released their entire celebrity cast list for Season 30 on Good Morning America. The historic season premieres on September 20. Who will compete for this year’s mirrorball trophy?
As Lizzo said, all the rumors are true. This season’s celebrity cast is less of a surprise than in previous years due to all of the spoilers and reports leading up to the season premiere. The celebrity contestants have been less than stealthy when it comes to showing up to rehearsal. Most of the dancers revealed today weren’t surprises, but others were totally shocking.
The 15 Celebrities Competing on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ Season 30
1. JoJo Siwa
This star is known for her signature ponytail and bright outfits. She will be make history this season as the first DWTS celebrity to have a same sex partner.
2. Sunisa Lee
This Olympic gold medalist will be learning a whole new skill during this season of DWTS. She will put a pause on her gymnastic training to learn the art of ballroom dancing.
3. Olivia Jade
Although rowing wasn’t really her talent, maybe dancing is? This YouTube star is the daughter of Lori Loughlin and is trying to prove that she is a talented dancer this season of DWTS.
4. Kenya Moore
This Real Housewife is hitting the dance floor in this season of Dancing With The Stars. Will she win this show like she won Miss USA in 1993?
5. Matt James
Rachel accepted his final rose, but will he be accepting the Mirrorball on this season of DWTS?
6. Iman Shumpert
This NBA Champion wants to show America that he is more than just his basketball career. He’ll be trading in his basketball sneakers for tap shoes this season!
7. Amanda Kloots
The Talk co-host Amanda Kloots is ready to sweep away her competition in DWTS. Not only is she the co-host of The Talk, she’s also a dancer and fitness instructor.
8. Jimmie Allen
This country artist is going to prove that he’s just as talented with his feet, as he is with his voice. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wore a cowboy hat for some of the dances.
9. Mike “The Miz” Mizanin
This WWE star is currently recovering from a torn ACL. It seems like he’s going to use DWTS as a way to ease back into physical activity.
10. Brian Austin Green
We loved him on The Masked Singer, and now we’re going to love him on DWTS as well. This Beverly Hills 90210 actor will be joining the star studded season, but only time will tell if he will be paired with his girlfriend Sharna Burgess.
11. Mel C.
The iconic Spice Girls member is the second in the girl group to take the Dancing with the Stars stage. Known as ‘Sporty Spice,’ will her athleticism help her on the dance floor? She refused to answer whether she will dance to any of her own songs this season, but let me just say that I really really want it.
12. Cody Rigsby
The fitness instructor and Peloton Cycling Director is trading his bike for some dance shoes. He helped keep you fit during the pandemic, but will we love to see him on an even bigger screen?
13. Melora Hardin
Jan from “The Office” said she’s ready to be boss of the ballroom! I can’t wait to see what this queen has in store for us (maybe a Steve Carell cameo?)
14. Martin Kove
“The Karate Kid” star may be 75 years old, but I wouldn’t sleep on this competitor. He still seems to be full of energy and, as the oldest competitor this season, he has a lot to prove.
15. Christine Chiu
Star of “Bling Empire” on Netflix and wife to Dr. Gabriel Chiu, plastric surgeon to the stars. I can’t wait to see this reality star “villain” go head to head with Atlanta Housewife Kenya!
