Why did ‘The Masked Singer’ Disappear from TV This Week?
Reading Time: 2 minutes
If you’re looking for a new episode of The Masked Singer this week, unfortunately it’s not on the TV schedule. The show is taking a one-week hiatus for the Thanksgiving holiday. But here’s what’s ahead!
Below, we’ll walk through the schedule for the rest of The Masked Singer season 2 and what to expect.
No New Episode This Week?
This week, there will be no new episode of The Masked Singer. It is taking a week off for the Thanksgiving holiday! The show will continue on Wednesday, December 4th, with the second group of four remaining after last week: Tree, Butterfly, Thingamajig, and Fox. Our recap show (available on our YouTube channel) will be taking a week off too.
What’s Next for The Masked Singer?
After next week’s episode, the final six come together for the Quarterfinals on Tuesday, December 10th. Then, on the next night, Wednesday, December 11th, TWO celebrities will be unmasked in the Semifinals, setting the stage for the Finale. Getting back-to-back episodes will make up for the pre-emptions due to the World Series and now the holiday.
When is The Masked Singer Season 2 Finale?
The Finale with the last three masked singers remaining will take place on Wednesday, December 18th, in a special two-hour episode. At 8/7c, we’ll see an hour “Road to the Finals” flashback episode, then the Finale airs at 9/8c, where a winner will receive the Golden Mask. And we personally can’t wait to see who makes it to the end! Plus, we’ll finally know who the identities of the last celebrities this season. If we had to put money on it, we have our own predictions on who will make it to the Finale.
