Ballas Isn’t Returning to the Show Next Season
Last year, Ballas returned to DWTS for the first time since Season 25. He and his partner Charli D’Amelio ended up winning the season. They performed on the show’s live tour, after which Ballas announced that he would not be returning to the ballroom.
“So I just want to finish by saying this will be the last time you’ll see me dance in this capacity,” Ballas told the crowd at the final tour stop. “I’m coming to a close tonight. This is gonna be my last dance. I had the best time ever this season, and this freestyle was just a great way to finish it off.”
Ballas later took to social media to share that he chose to leave the show to “pursue new challenges and opportunities.”
