As the coronavirus pandemic spreads around the world, celebrities aren’t immune to the illness. Several famous faces, from actors to athletes, have tested positive for the virus.

Even if they haven’t tested positive yet, there are other celebrities who may have it. For example, Heidi Klum was recently tested and is waiting for the results. Below are the most famous celebrities to have contracted coronavirus so far.

Tom Hanks & Rita Wilson

Last week, social media was shocked to learn that Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson both tested positive for coronavirus while working in Australia. They’ve since gone into isolation and are “taking it one-day-at-a-time.” Tom has been posting updates on social media, and Rita shared a “Quarantunes” playlist.

Idris Elba

On Monday, actor Idris Elba shared that he had tested positive for coronavirus after being exposed to someone with the illness. Idris shared that he wasn’t showing any symptoms, which is an example of how people can carry the virus even if they feel healthy. He encouraged people to be “vigilant” by washing their hands and keeping their distance.

Olga Kurylenko

This actress, famous for appearing in the James Bond film Quantum of Solace, shared on Instagram that she tested positive for coronavirus. She posted that her main symptoms were fever and fatigue and that she was “locked up at home.”

Kristofer Hivju

This Norwegian actor is best known for playing Tormund Giantsbane on Game of Thrones. He shared this week that he tested positive for coronavirus and is self-isolating at home in Norway with his family. He said he has “mild symptoms,” and encouraged followers to “do everything you can to stop the virus from spreading.”

Rachel Matthews

This actress voiced Honeymaren in last year’s animated film Frozen 2. She posted on Instagram stories that she tested positive for coronavirus and had been in quarantine for the last week. She acknowledged that tests are “INSANELY hard to come by,” and that the United States is behind other countries.

Rudy Gobert & Donovan Mitchell

These two NBA players on the Utah Jazz team have tested positive for coronavirus. Rudy Gobert caused some controversy when he was caught jokingly touching microphones at a press conference before knowing he had the virus. Rudy apologized on social media for endangering people.

Donovan said of Rudy’s behavior, “It took a while for me to cool off.” Like Idris Elba, he isn’t showing any symptoms despite testing positive. The NBA has suspended the rest of the season. Detroit Pistons forward Christian Wood is reportedly the third NBA player to test positive for the virus.

Sophie Grégoire Trudeau

Several political figures around the world have tested positive, including UK health minister Nadine Dorries and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. But arguably the most famous name in politics to have contracted the virus is Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Both Trudeaus are reportedly isolating themselves for 14 days. Sophie started feeling symptoms after a speaking engagement in the UK. Prime Minister Trudeau reportedly has no symptoms, and will not be tested.
