If you woke up this morning extremely confused to find ‘Coronavirus II’ trending on Twitter, you are not alone. Thankfully, it is only the name of a bit from Last Week Tonight with John Oliver where he discusses the government’s reaction to the coronavirus outbreak. The fact that it was trending spiraled the creation of some hilarious memes, Twitter posts, and people who were in complete panic mode.

People did not shy away from making light out of the possibility of having a second pandemic. A lot of people have no idea that the hashtag is based on Oliver’s video and not an actual second virus. The following video has over 750,000 views which is increasing by the second.

This tweet draws humor from the fact that toilet paper is nearly obsolete. The shelves are literally empty almost everywhere.

But toilet paper isn’t the only thing hard to come by during this crisis. Some even made jokes about the fact that they couldn’t even get groceries for the first coronavirus. Things like milk, eggs, bread and soup have also been cleared from the shelves by people who are panic-buying.

And how could we forget the iconic Queen B carrying bottles of hand sanitizer to remind you to clean your hands.

Though it seems like hand sanitizer may be hard to come by these days, soap and water is always the way to go, especially after scrolling through memes on your phone which is a huge beacon for bacteria.
