Kelly Clarkson’s Stalker Violates Restraining Order, Shows Up in Her House Multiple Times

Apparently, Kelly Clarkson’s temporary restraining order is not working on her alleged female stalker. As reported, the woman continues to appear around the premises of the singer’s mansion, thus violating the court’s order.
Kelly Clarkson’s Alleged Stalker Turns Up at Her Mansion Again
Early in December 2022, Clarkson filed a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against a trespasser named Huguette Nicole Young. According to legal documents, Young repeatedly showed up in the singer’s Toluca Lake Home, dropping off unwanted gifts. Consequently, the court imposed that the 56-year-old woman shall stay at “least 100 yards away from” Clarkson and her family.
However, it seems that Young didn’t understand the granted TRO. The “Breakaway” singer’s security team reportedly caught her on camera “driving slowly past” her mansion.
Furthermore, Young allegedly drove her Mazda SUV and stood at the edge of Clarkson’s driveway. The singer’s legal team also claimed that Young visited her home four times within 10 days.
Last year, Clarkson’s personal security claimed that Young left 11 certain items and a note for the pop star. Some of them include dog toys, stickers, plants, and seeds on Clarkson’s porch. Nevertheless, despite being confronted about trespassing, the woman still returned to the mansion multiple times.
She’s Filed Two Restraining Orders Last Year
For those who may not know, Young is not the only alleged stalker that Clarkson dealt with back in 2022. Apparently, a man appeared in Clarkson’s private property on Thanksgiving Day.
Named Victor Fernandez, the man was reportedly riding a large semi-truck, looking “large and physically imposing.” Clarkson obtained a separate restraining order to resolve the issue.
Over the years, the singer has lived in her home on Los Angeles, California with her two kids. This is in favor of her filming The Kelly Clarkson Show. However, with the daytime talk show reportedly moving its production to the East Coast, we still don’t know if the singer would prefer to change residences.
