Sparks Was Just Eliminated from DWTS Season 31
On Monday’s Halloween-themed episode of Dancing with the Stars Season 31, Sparks was eliminated from the competition. She was in the bottom two along with Heidi D’Amelio. Although D’Amelio has been in the bottom before, this was Sparks’ first time.
After her elimination, Sparks posted an Instagram video. She called her time on the show “an amazing run” and encouraged fans to “do things that scare you.”
This isn’t Sparks’ first time competing on a talent show. In 2007, she became the youngest person to ever win American Idol when she took home the title for Season 6 at age 17. She’s since released four studio albums, most recently the 2020 title Cider & Hennessy.
Last year, Sparks also competed on The Masked Dancer as Exotic Bird, placing fifth. She had a cute reunion with former Idol judge Paula Abdul when she was unmasked.
