Hilary Duff has now responded to the claims on Twitter, dismissing them and telling those that were involved to ‘get a hobby’ and ‘take a break from their phone’.
She wrote, “Everyone bored af right now I know..but this is actually disgusting….. whoever dreamed this one up and put this garbage into the universe should take a break from their damn phone. Maybe get a hobby.”
Where did rumors of Hilary Duff Child Trafficking Come From?
A number of Hilary’s fans responded to the tweet, which now has over 180 thousand likes, giving their support. One user wrote: “People are buying into QAnon conspiracy theories because it’s fun to freak out on twitter about a celebrity doing bad things. Awful.”

Many have claimed that the rumors have been sourced from popular conspiracy movement, ‘QAnon’ which fought heavily to elect Donald Trump in 2016 with theories over alleged crimes committed by Hillary Clinton and the ‘deep state’. The movement has also referenced theories surrounding a-list celebrities and news anchors.
NBC News reporter, Ben Collins tweeted about the recent conspiracy theory detailing that QAnon allegedly used ‘algorithm hacking’ to spread and publicize the latest rumor that left Duff with no option but to respond. A screenshot provided by Collins shows a video with 770 views appearing before a music video of Hilary’s with over 46m views, supporting his claims.
