Former ‘DWTS’ Celebrity, Brother of Backstreet Boys Member Aaron Carter Found Dead at 34

The actor-turned-rapper and former Dancing With The Stars celebrity Aaron Carter was found dead at 34 years of age. Since the announcement that Carter was found dead in a disturbing manner, tributes have poured in to honor his life.
Aaron Carter Was Found Dead on Saturday
As the younger brother of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, the former dancer was under pressure right from the get-go. Added to his professional life was an on again-off again relationship with partner Melanie Martin, there are plenty of factors that could have led to Carter’s abrupt passing.
On Saturday, November 5, law enforcements arrived at Carter’s home after receiving a 911 call. Homicide detectives were dispatched to the scene, but there was no evidence of foul play. Furthermore, the exact cause of Carter’s death has not been revealed.
After Carter’s self-titled debut album sold millions of copies back in 1997, he began touring with The Backstreet Boys. Carter then released three more studio albums before becoming a regular on Nickelodeon. As his career progressed, he went on to compete on the ninth season of DWTS finishing in fifth place with dance partner Karina Smirnoff.
Carter has dealt with substance abuse over the years resulting in several rehab sessions in hopes to fix the problem. Unfortunately, such efforts would go in vain and he would develop mental health issues causing his familial relationships to suffer.

Tributes Pour in From Family, Friends as Well as Fans
When news of his passing came out, family, friends, and millions of fans were heartbroken. Martin, the mother of his son Prince, shared her thoughts on the tragedy just hours after the news broke.
“We are still in the process of accepting this unfortunate reality,” Martin said. “Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.”
His older brother also posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram showing pictures of them together since childhood. He also mentioned that even with the complicated relationship that they had, it’s not an obstacle that will prevent the bond they shared as brothers.
Fans of the rapper also shared each of their own emotions through comments and posts everywhere on social media. Fellow popstars New Kids On The Block also paid tribute to Carter, saying they were “shocked and saddened” by his death.
