DWTS Pro Britt Stewart Gushes About Daniel Durant
Stewart and Durant finished Season 31 of DWTS in fifth place. The dancer told Us Weekly that she and Durant are “satisfied with our season,” adding that they have an “inside joke that, you know, we got something much better than the mirrorball.”
The couple confirmed their relationship status in February of this year, after fans thought they saw sparks flying between them. In the months since, the two have documented their time together on social media, including some romantic getaways.
When Us Weekly asked Stewart if Durant is her “forever dance partner,” she responded, “I hope so. We’ll see.” She added that “life with Daniel is the most enjoyable thing,” saying they’re “growing together, learning about each other.”
“The life that we wanna create is the most important and special thing for us,” Stewart shared. “And then all the travel and all the different things that we get to do together, they’re just all bonuses.”

The Couple Likes to Cha-Cha in the Kitchen
Stewart shared that she and Durant “still like to dance together.” Durant joined her on part of the DWTS live tour earlier this year, which Stewart says “helped the transition from dancing together all the time to not.”
“And then I … surprised him with a surprise tango date, which was so much fun. He absolutely loved it,” Stewart said. “And then every once in a while, his favorite dance is [the] cha cha so he’ll, like, grab me in the kitchen or I’ll grab him in the kitchen and we’ll do a [bit of the cha cha] together.”
Stewart also expressed how proud she and Durant are that they “brought so much attention to ASL and the deaf community” through their time as partners on the show.
