‘DWTS’ Pro Britt Stewart Surprises Daniel Durant with Romantic Tango Lesson Date

CODA star Daniel Durant may not be fond of surprises, but that doesn’t stop his girlfriend Britt Stewart from planning a surprise date for him. The Dancing With The Stars pro has recently shared how she came up with the special occasion.
Britt Stewart Planned a Surprise Date for Daniel Durant
Last week was a celebration for Stewart as she successfully pulled off a surprise for Durant. According to the DWTS pro, she’s long been arranging a dancing lessons date for her boyfriend.
“For a couple months now Daniel has been saying he misses dancing with me. Little did he know I’ve been planning this special date for us!” she wrote.
Via a detailed video on Instagram, Stewart showed her preparation for their date night. The pro dancer kicked off the video by saying that Durant doesn’t have any idea about what was about to happen.
“This morning while he was sleeping, I packed his dance bag,” she said. “I should mention one other thing to you, Daniel hates surprises. But I think he’s going to like this one.”
The next clip showed Stewart getting ready for the night while she was explaining her plan. At the time, Durant knows that they have an activity after dinner but is nonetheless unaware of the specifics. In the video, the actor can be seen saying in sign language that he’s “excited” although he felt like Stewart has “kidnapped” him.
The DWTS Couple Seized a Private Tango Lesson Together
After savoring good food at LALA’s Argentine Grill, Stewart’s main surprise then began. The pro dancer led Durant into a private home studio where she told him they would be taking a Tango class.
As the couple was learning the dance together, it’s clear in the video that they were having fun. Like their dynamics during DWTS season 31, Stewart helped Durant in making his dance moves spicier. Meanwhile, in the comment section, fellow DWTS pros can’t help but gush over the pair’s sweet moment.
“Omg I LOVE THIS!!! What an amazing date night!” Emma Slater wrote.
Cheryl Burke, on the other hand, praised Durant for being a natural. She also didn’t miss commending Stewart, stating that she’s always on fire. Several DWTS cast members also commented including Witney Carson, Gleb Savchenko, Hayley Erbert, KoKo Iwasaki, and Daniella Karagach.
Stewart and Durant brewed their romance back in DWTS season 31. They revealed they’re official on Valentine’s Day, to the delight of their fans. Since then, the couple has been open in sharing their adorable bonding moments together.
