Dancing with the Stars co-host Alfonso Ribeiro is already teasing Season 33 of the show, which isn’t expected to air until this fall. Ribeiro posted on Instagram that he’s been rehearsing for a new promo that will feature a dance routine.
Alfonso Ribeiro Teases DWTS Season 33 on Instagram
Earlier this week, Ribeiro posted a photo of himself soaking in a hot tub on Instagram. He captioned the picture, “This is where you go after rehearsal for a @dancingwiththestars promo shoot where you have to learn an entire dance. Wish me luck.”
The Fresh Prince star is no stranger to grueling dance rehearsals, as he won Season 19 of the show with professional partner Witney Carson. Ribeiro joined the show as a co-host with Tyra Banks in Season 31. Last year, Banks was replaced by former pro Julianne Hough.
ABC has not yet announced a premiere date for Season 33 of the show, and we don’t yet know which celebrities will be stepping into the ballroom — or which pros will be back to dance with them. New seasons of DWTS typically premiere in September.

The Show’s Pros Responded to Ribeiro’s Post
After Ribeiro posted his hot tub selfie earlier this week, a few DWTS pros shared their reactions in the comments. That includes Emma Slater, who wrote, “YOU DONT NEED LUCK. Maybe an epsom salt bath but that’s on you.”
Sasha Farber chimed in to tell Ribeiro, “Crushed it !!!!!!” Meanwhile, Daniella Karagach simply responded with three cry-laughing emojis. The comments also included a remark from Ribeiro’s wife Angela, who joked, “I’m sending the kids out…”
It’s not clear if any of the pros who commented were involved in the promo rehearsal — which might confirm who is returning for the new season. We’ll just have to wait and see when the official announcement is made later this year.
