RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Married to Wakako Ebina
NOTEABLE PROJECTS: America's Got Talent
BIO: Kenichi Ebina proved that the AGT competition isn’t only for singers and dancers when he won as a martial artist in 2013. His act brought together martial arts, miming, and video game-like routines. Each act of Ebina’s was bigger and better than the last, so no one was surprised when he won the series as a whole.

Ebina is a self-taught solo dance performer. He began by dancing freestyle, hiphop, and more. In 2001, he founded a dance group with all Japanese dancers, BiTriP. This group won the final grand championship of “Amateur Night” at the Apollo Theater. Outside of the group, Ebina performed full-length shows at the USA national Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and spoke in TED 2007. Ahead of AGT, he occasionally performed at “The BOX” in New York City and London, as well as “The ACT” in Las Vegas.

Following his AGT win, he returned to Japan to perform around the country. During this time, he created another group entitled Unicircle Flow. He returned alongside this group to the AGT stage in 2021.
