BIO: Alesha Dixon is known for her spot on the Britain's Got Talent judging panel. Dixon joined this panel in 2012 and has earned many opportunities since. In 2019, Dixon judged the series America’s Got Talent: The Champions alongside Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum and in 2021 she judged Simon Cowell’s newest iTV series Walk The Line.
Dixon rose to fame in the early 2000’s as part of the all female R&B/garage group The Mis-Teeq. The group became popular, received a nomination at the BRIT Awards, won the MOBO Award for Best Garage Act and more. Dixon began her solo career in 2005 after she split from the group.
Dixon then competed on Strictly Come Dancing and won the season. This opened doors for her in both music and television. During this time she received a new record deal and became a judge on Strictly Come Dancing. She departed from the dance series in 2012 and joined Britain's Got Talent. Dixon married professional dancer Azuka Ononye in 2017, they have two children together.
