Chrissy Teigen Shuts Up Fans Who Accuse Her Of Revealing ‘The Voice’ Winner

Too soon Chrissy? The Voice crowned its winner Maelyn Jarmon last night, and someone may have spilled the beans.
In addition to snagging his first Voice win John Legend has some die hard fans that are so proud of him…his wife Chrissy, of course. Chrissy tweeted her excitement about John’s legendary win.
So what’s the big deal? What Chrissy hadn’t realized is that west coast viewers hadn’t watched the finale yet. Consequently twitter-fingers were in full effect coming for The Lip Sync Battle Host.
Voice fans were up in arms because they didn’t realize the results would be “spoiled”. One fan tweeted, “Chrissy sweetie. Could you have waited until we in the West Coast saw the show? I forgot that I followed you and glanced at my Twitter feed. Im happy, but would have liked the surprise.”
Viewers should take into account that The Voice had already tweeted about Maelyn’s win and Chrissy was not to blame.
The clap back queen tweeted her defense. “Truly sorry for spoiling The Voice tonight. I thought that since the official account tweeted it, it would be okay. But now I realize it wasn’t and will make sure that when my husband wins something with someone, I will wait for each state and every country before being excited.”
Tell them how you really feel Chrissy! If you know anything about Chrissy its that she doesn’t take well to unnecessary judgement, I mean who would?
Some viewers came to Chrissy’s defense. One fan tweeted, “Y’all couldve stayed off twitter low key. She didn’t spoil anything she was happy for her husband and she has that right.” PREACH!
John Legend is the first African-American male to score and Emmy, Oscar, Grammy, and Tony (EGOT). Now Legend can add Voice coach of the season to his title.
