Chrissy Teigen Calls Out John Legend For Forgetting THIS In His Grammys Speech

John Legend won his 12th Grammy on Sunday, and his wife Chrissy Teigen was with him to celebrate. However, she jokingly took issue with his Instagram acceptance speech.

Chrissy Teigen Calls Out John Legend For Grammys Post
John Legend won Best R&B Album of the Year at the Grammys for his album Bigger Love. Instead of attending in person, John stayed home wearing a black and gold Versace robe, while Chrissy donned a glitzy dress by Aadnevik, according to Us Weekly.

After his win, John took to Instagram to share an acceptance speech of sorts. He thanked “all my collaborators” on the album and “my entire team.” However, there was one person missing from the message.

Chrissy tweeted a screenshot of John’s post, calling him “this motherf*cker” and adding, “hello?? caption !!!!” Although she didn’t say it outright, the assumption is that John forgot to thank her.
Not only have John and Chrissy been married since 2013, but Chrissy also appeared in his music videos for “Bigger Love” and “Wild,” which both appear on his winning album.
John Gives Chrissy A Post-Grammys Shout-Out
We’re sure Chrissy was just being funny when she called John out for forgetting her, but he still made sure to give her a shout-out on Instagram. In a later post, John wrote, “I love you, @chrissyteigen! Thank you for inspiring me every single day.”

In the accompanying video, Chrissy approaches John while he’s working in the kitchen and excitedly says, “John, you just won R&B Album of the Year! How are you gonna celebrate?”
John responds that he’s celebrating by “mincing garlic.” In his Instagram caption, he also thanked Chrissy for “the outstanding cacio e pepe I was mincing garlic for!”
