Charli D’Amelio Joins Broadway “& Juliet” Ensemble

TikTok star and Dancing With The Stars winner Charli D’Amelio has officially booked her first Broadway role. The 20 year old announced this news on Monday, September 30, via instagram.
Charli D’Amelio to Make Broadway Debut
In case you missed it, Charli D’Amelio is a TikTok star known for her dancing on TikTok. After the 20 year old rose to fame with TikTok dances, she took part in Dancing With The Stars Season 31. D’Amelio and her partner Mark Ballas won the overall season.
On Monday, September 30, Charli D’Amelio took to Instagram to share her new job. For the announcement, D’Amelio shared Broadway show “& Juliet” Playbill.
“i’m so incredibly excited to finally share that i’ll be joining the cast of & Juliet on Broadway! this has been my ultimate dream ever since i was a little girl, but it always felt like something i could only admire from a distance, never imagining i’d actually get to be part of it,” she wrote. “Now, here i am, starting this amazing new chapter in my life and cherishing every second. I honestly can’t find the right words to describe just how much this means to me.”
“I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way; I wouldn’t be here without all of you,” she wrote. “A ginormous thank you to the entire & Juliet team for allowing me to be part of such a special show. thank you from the bottom of my heart.🤍”
Following the post, D’Amelio shared a photo on her story that answers what she’ll be doing in the show. The TikTok famous dancer will be apart of the show’s ensemble. It’s unsure when she’ll make her Broadway debut at this time.
Dancing With The Stars Cast Members Cheer on D’Amelio
Following D’Amelio’s announcement various Dancing With The Stars cast members can be seen wishing D’Amelio well in the comments of this post. Most importantly, D’Amelio’s own ballroom partner commented.

For those who may not be familiar, the Broadway show “& Juliet” originated in 2019. According to the show’s website the “hilarious new musical flips the script on the greatest love story ever told. & Juliet asks: what would happen next if Juliet didn’t end it all over Romeo? Get whisked away on a fabulous journey as she ditches her famous ending for a fresh beginning and a second chance at life and love—her way.”
This show is Juliet’s new story, with features various pop anthems including “Since U Been Gone‚” “Roar,” “Baby One More Time,” “Larger Than Life‚” “That’s The Way It Is,“ and “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”
