Carrie Underwood Shares Clip of New Song ‘Crazy Angels’

American Idol Season 4 winner Carrie Underwood has a new song coming out this Friday called “Crazy Angels.” The country star shared a clip from the track on social media this week, ahead of her upcoming new album Denim & Rhinestones.
Carrie Underwood Teases New Song ‘Crazy Angels’
Underwood posted a clip from her new song “Crazy Angels” on Instagram, along with video of her singing the track in the recording studio. The singer teased that the song will be available to hear in full this Friday.
“Sweetheart with a wild side / Girl next door with a rebel smile,” Underwood sings on the track, showing off her incredible voice as she belts out, “Yes, I’m one of those crazy angels / Tilted halo with a neon shine.”

New Album ‘Denim & Rhinestones’ Is Out June 10
The singer’s new album Denim & Rhinestones is out June 10. Underwood recently released the album’s title song, in which she sings, “We go together like denim and rhinestones / You’re the smooth and I’m the shine / We’re the neon dancing all night.”
In March, Underwood released the single “Ghost Story,” welcoming fans to “a new era.” She went on to wow the crowd at the CMT Music Awards with a performance of the song, in which she showed off some amazing aerial moves.
In a trailer for the upcoming album, Underwood says the project includes throwback-style songs that “sound so super fresh.” She added that she grew up listening to a lot of different kinds of music, and it shows on this album.
Underwood is also going back to her country roots with this release. Last year, she released a gospel album called My Savior. Before that, in 2020, she put out a holiday release called My Gift.
