‘Canada’s Got Talent’ Is Now Casting for Season 2, Here’s How to Apply
Canada’s Got Talent is now casting for season two of the series. CGT wrapped up its first revival season on Citytv in May. Hopefuls can apply now for the chance to showcase their talent during the next installment of the series.
Canada’s Got Talent Season 2 Casting Is Open Now
The show’s Twitter account recently posted a video from finalist Savio Joseph encouraging fans to apply for the show. The CityTV website links to an application that features 51 steps for people interested in appearing on Canada’s Got Talent next season.
Applicants are encouraged to read through the entire application, including the terms and conditions, before filling it out. People under 18 years of age must have permission from their parents or legal guardians before submitting an application.
Applicants must upload two photos of themself or their group (one close-up, one full-length), as well as three videos for singers and vocal groups (including one acapella performance), or two videos for everyone else. Videos must be under two minutes long, and introductory videos should answer several questions listed on the application.

Hopefuls Can Apply for the Show Online Now
Applicants will be asked for provide basic information about themselves, as well as to put their talent into a category and describe it in 50 words or less. Minors must provide contact information for a parent or guardian.
You’ll also be asked for provide links to social media accounts such as Instagram and TikTok if you have them, and to share the history of your talent and any accolades you’ve received for it. The application also asks if applicants can make themselves available as needed from October 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
