Benicio Bryant Releases Back to Back Summer Hits Under Arista Records

Benicio Bryant stole our hearts on Season 14 of AGT with his dynamic voice. He has continued to pursue his music career after the show by inking a major music deal. The teen has since released some incredible songs, highlighting the voice that made him a fan-favorite on the show in 2019.
Benicio Bryant Releases New Music Under Arista Records
Benicio opened up in an interview about signing a deal with Simon Cowell’s former label Syco Music before the pandemic. It appears that the deal is a joint deal with Syco Music and Arista Records, a label also owned by Sony Music. However, Cowell announced back in July 2020 that he was leaving the label to focus on other ventures. Deadline reported that Cowell bought out Sony Music Entertainment’s stake in Syco Entertainment, taking full control of the company.
“He’s going to get a record contract. He’s doing it the right way — Giving him time to find his sound, the right writers. He was really special,” Cowell said before Benicio inked the deal. “I really liked him. My heart went out to a lot of contestants you could argue everyone in the top 10 could and should be that good.”
Benicio released the song “Ghosted” featuring artist 12AM in October 2020. It truly is an incredible display of his talents and songwriting skills. On Spotify, “Ghosted” is credited under Syco Music. The teen singer released his recent songs “Tangerine” and “Gelato” this summer under Arista Records. He co-wrote both new songs. Fans of Benicio already knew about his songwriting skills, especially after he performed original music during his time on AGT.
“Gelato” received rave reviews from his fans on YouTube. It’s the perfect summer anthem and definitely went down the pop and R&B route. “Tangerine” has a pretty awesome build up in the beginning. It’s more of a dance song and gives off Justin Bieber vibes. Bieber, like Benicio, is one of the many artists who skyrocketed to fame at a very young age with his pop songs.
Benicio Also Got to Perform at the North West Emmy Awards This Summer
Benicio grew a love for music when he was just 2 years old. He previously competed on The Voice Kids in Germany and seriously has a tremendous career in front of him. He captivated the entire world with his incredible vocal range on AGT. He had several breakout moments during the show and a star was certainly born on that stage. Cowell was a huge fan of his from the start.
Cowell even said that Benicio reminded him of Harry Styles during his X Factor days. During the semi-finals, Cowell said “we just saw you as the person that you are.” He even predicted that Benicio would make it to the finals and he was right. In the finale, he got to sing a medley of “Baila Baila Baila” and “Taki Taki” with Ozuna. Though Benicio did not win the show, he has gained 128,000 Instagram followers and over 47,000 followers on TikTok.
Benicio performed his song “Sorry” at the virtual North West Emmy Awards this summer. In a recent Instagram post, he asked his fans where they would like to see him play. Could a future tour be in the works for this talented singer? Many artists are starting to head back out on the road after the pandemic sidelined live performances for a year. Fans are already buzzing in the Instagram comments section about all of the cities they want to see Benicio perform.
First time I heard Benicio was when he performed on voice kids Germany I think he was 13 ,his voice even then was incredible. Followed him ever since a top hit isn’t far away hoops he stays true to himself and just keeps producing great songs.
