Madix, who reached the Finals on Dancing with the Stars last year, will be starring as Roxie for an eight-week run, through March 24 at the Ambassador Theatre in New York City. Her role in the musical was announced in December.

For her role as Roxie, Madix could be seen sporting a blonde bob and red lipstick. According to People, her Vanderpump co-stars Lala Kent and Scheana Shay were in attendance, as well as her mom Tanya and her boyfriend Daniel Wai.

Madix reportedly received a standing ovation from the audience for her performance in the musical, and she could be seen blowing a kiss to Wai while taking her bows at the end of the night.

She isn’t the first Bravo reality star to appear in a Broadway production of Chicago. Real Housewives stars Erika Girardi, Lisa Rinna, Kandi Burruss, and NeNe Leakes have also starred in the show over the years.

Madix Said Starring in the Show Is ‘Full Circle’

In December, Madix appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show to discuss her upcoming Broadway debut. She shared that her role in the show fulfills a longtime dream of hers, having pursued acting in the past.

“I went to school for theater, and I lived in New York for a while trying to pursue it, and it wasn’t getting anywhere,” Madix told Clarkson. “So I moved to LA to try to make a name for myself with hopes of coming back and doing it. And 20 years later, it’s like, ‘Here we are.’ Full circle.”

On Monday, Madix posted her thoughts about starring in the show on Instagram, saying the experience so far “has been nothing short of amazing.”
