‘America’s Got Talent’ Moves to a Later Time Slot for Episode 3
Reading Time: 2 minutes
Season 16 of America’s Got Talent will continue in an all-new time slot next week for its third episode. The show will air at 10 p.m. ET rather than its usual 8 p.m. two-hour time slot. This episode will only be an hour-long based on the TV Guide listing due to the upcoming Olympic Trials for swimming.
‘America’s Got Talent’ Lineup Announced for Shortened Episode
The Olympics could possibly shift the entire America’s Got Talent schedule this year, so definitely be on the lookout for scheduling of future episodes. Heidi Klum did mention in a promo for the season that the show will be going on a break when the Olympics air in late July. NBC will fully cover the Olympics for a little over two weeks.
A shorter episode of America’s Got Talent next week means that there will be fewer acts than the usual 12 or more. We typically see a Golden Buzzer in each episode, but the show can possibly throw a curveball and not include one. There is no telling what will happen. For the live shows, NBC will most likely give America’s Got Talent its normal time slot back.
The acts that will be featured in the third episode include:
- CZN
- The Misfit
- Mama Char
- Klek Entos
- World Taekwondo
- Kabir Singh
- Storm Large
- T.3
We did see a glimpse at CZN backstage during the second episode, but we did not get to see them perform. Simon Cowell virtually chose them as the winners of Canadian Family’s Got Talent, a local contest developed in quarantine last year. He invited them to audition for America’s Got Talent this season. Their full audition is expected to air during the June 13 episode.
