David Oliver Willis Claims LSD Found in His Car Did Not Belong to Him

At the time, Willis admitted to smoking marijuana with a friend prior to driving, but claimed that he was not the owner of the LSD. Due to the drugs found in the car, and the fact that he was alone, officers arrested him and booked him with possession of a controlled substance (LSD). He was booked with a third-degree felony and is due in court next month.
