‘AGT’ Star Drake Milligan Injured in Van Crash While Touring

America’s Got Talent alum Drake Milligan was reportedly injured, along with members of his band, when his touring van was involved in an accident. Milligan had to miss a show in Georgetown, Texas, due to the incident.
AGT Star Drake Milligan Injured in Van Crash
According to Taste of Country, Milligan and his band were traveling between Fort Worth and Georgetown on Sunday morning when the accident occurred. Another vehicle’s tire reportedly struck their van, and they crashed into a concrete median.
Milligan’s publicist shared that both the country singer and several members of his band were treated at the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. They have all since been released.
The singer shared an update on Instagram, posting a photo of him and his band members posing in front of a plane. One of them appears to be wearing a neck brace. As Milligan wrote in the caption, “Happy to report that we’re all upright and heading home.”
He added that they’re “all on the mend,” writing, “Lots to be grateful for! We’re gonna rest up, see y’all at @stagecoach real soon!” Milligan will be performing at Stagecoach music festival in California on April 28.

Milligan Was a Finalist on AGT Season 17
Milligan and his band competed on Season 17 of America’s Got Talent last year. He performed original songs such as “Sounds Like Something I’d Do” and “Kiss Goodbye All Night.” Milligan ended up reaching the Finals and placing third.
Shortly after the competition finished, Milligan released his debut album, titled Dallas/Forth Worth. The singer has a number of live performances lined up around the country this spring and summer. Fans can see dates and get tickets on his website.
In the comments of Milligan’s latest post, fans expressed how glad they are that everyone is all right after Sunday’s accident. Milligan’s fellow Season 17 contestant Avery Dixon also commented, “I’m glad y’all are ok.”
