This week marks the first round of the Season 15 AGT semifinals. Eleven acts will perform for America in the hope of being voted through to the finals later this month.

Brandon Leake
This poet received Howie Mandel’s Golden Buzzer in the auditions. For the quarterfinals, he delivered a moving speech about racism and police brutality that earned a standing ovation from the judges.

Broken Roots
This duo was eliminated in the Judge Cuts, but they returned for the quarterfinals to replace Thomas Day, who withdrew from the competition. They performed “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” during last week’s show.

Dance Town Family
This Florida dance group is made up of dancers of various ages. Although they were eliminated in the quarterfinals, they’re returning for the AGT semifinals as a wildcard act. Will they bring even more energy this week? We can’t wait to watch.
Double Dragon
These singing twins from Peru never fail to entertain. They delivered an explosive performance in the quarterfinals, prompting the judges to save them from elimination. Fingers crossed this week’s performance is just as fun.
This drummer was saved from elimination by the judges in the quarterfinals after delivering an electrifying performance. We can’t wait to see what he has up his sleeve for the AGT semifinals.
Roberta Battaglia
This 10-year-old singer with a voice beyond her years earned Sofia Vergara’s Golden Buzzer in the auditions. In the quarterfinals, she delivered an amazing performance of “You Say” by Lauren Daigle. Tune in Tuesday night to find out what she sings next.

Shaquira McGrath
This singer continuously impresses the judges with her powerhouse voice. During the quarterfinals, she performed “What Hurts the Most” by Rascal Flatts. We can’t wait to see what she performs this week.

Thomas Day
This teen singer withdrew from the competition before the quarterfinals to focus on football, but fans were angered to learn that he was chosen to return as a wildcard for the AGT semifinals. Many don’t think it’s fair for Thomas to get a second chance when he left the show voluntarily. Regardless, he’ll perform this week.
