American Idol‘s Hannah Harper Signs with Talent Agency
TV Insider reported earlier this week that Hannah Harper has signed with WME Group. As Harper said in a statement, “It’s a blessing to work alongside people who share the same goal: creating great music, serving others well and pointing people to Jesus along the way.”
Harper will apparently be working with country music agent Morgan Kenney, saying she “immediately connected” with her “vision, heart, and the way she champions the people she serves.”
“I have tremendous admiration for Hannah,” Kenney said in her own statement. “Her authenticity is rooted in her unwavering faith and strong family values. She possesses a rare combination of artistry, character, and star power that resonates both on and off the stage.”
Hannah Harper has quite a few live performances lined up for this year. She’s currently performing her String Cheese tour of the United States, and last month it was announced that she’s joining Lauren Alaina on tour this fall.
The country singer also recently shared that she’ll be a special guest on Brad Paisley’s tour on select dates in August and September. Paisley served as a celebrity guest mentor during the Hawaii round on Season 24 of American Idol.
Earlier this month, Harper made her Grand Ole Opry debut in Nashville, and Idol judge Carrie Underwood was on hand to perform a duet of Harper’s viral audition song “String Cheese.”
