Ariana Grande Reportedly Wants to Go Public with Ethan Slater Romance

Rumors have been flying about Ariana Grande and her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater. Both stars are reportedly separated from their spouses, and Grande apparently wants to go public with their romance.
Ariana Grande Wants to Go Public with Ethan Slater
According to a new report, Grande is eager to go public with her and Slater’s relationship, but her inner circle has advised against this. The rumored couple was apparently told to “be respectful,” since Slater and his estranged wife Lilly Jay have a son.
“Ariana’s been told it’s too soon to go public with him and to take things slower,” a source told Us Weekly. “She’s very aware of how she’s perceived by her fans, and she’s trying to be mature. [But] if it were up to her, she’d be seen with him tomorrow.”
Sources say that both Grande and Slater were separated from their spouses when they started seeing each other. But that hasn’t stopped some people from labeling Grande as a “homewrecker.”
“Things are heating up behind the scenes,” the source told Us Weekly of the pair’s alleged romance. “Publicly, they’re backing off, but [in reality], they’re not.”

Slater’s Wife Has Spoken Out Against Grande
Last month, news broke that Grande and her husband of two years, Dalton Gomez, had reportedly separated and were headed for divorce. A few days later, rumors began to swirl that Grande and Slater were an item.
Later in July, Slater reportedly filed for divorce from his wife of four years Lilly Jay. The couple welcomed a son together last year. Jay has since spoken out about the split, and she didn’t have nice things to say about Grande.
Jay told Page Six that her family is “collateral damage,” saying Grande is “not a girl’s girl.”
Meanwhile, Grande still has not spoken publicly about her divorce from Gomez, or her alleged relationship with Slater, who has made his Instagram account private amid the drama.
