Jonas Brothers Release New Song ‘Waffle House’
“No, don’t get stressed, it’s gon’ get figured out / Oh, deep conversations at the Waffle House,” the brothers sing on the new song’s chorus. “Headstrong father and a determined mother / Oh, that’s why some nights, we tried to kill each other / But you know it’s always love.”
Like their previous single “Wings,” the song is pretty short at less than two and a half minutes. But it packs a punch, with a tune that’s sure to get stuck in fans’ heads and have them dancing along whenever they hear it.
Last month, the band explained the inspiration behind the song in an Instagram post, writing, “Growing up, we would go to Waffle House after shows, and it became our sanctuary.” They added that the song is “about coming together with the people you love and making your dreams come true.”
