Lauren Silverman wished a happy birthday to her longtime partner Simon Cowell on Instagram this week, as he turned 67 years old. Silverman did not give an update on Cowell’s health after his recent surgery.
Lauren Silverman Wishes Simon Cowell Happy Birthday
On Wednesday, Lauren Silverman took to her Instagram account to share several photos of her partner Simon Cowell, including some shots with family and a few with his dogs. As she wrote in the caption, “Happy Birthday to my love.”
“Nearly 15 years together and you still manage to surprise me, make me laugh and keep life anything but predictable (and that might be the understatement of the century 😂),” Silverman continued. “Through all of life’s ups, downs and everything in between, there is so much to be grateful for. But nothing makes me happier than watching you and [their 12-year-old son] Eric together.”
She went on to write, “Here’s to another trip around the sun, more adventures, more laughter, and most importantly, good health, happiness and all the things that really matter.” Silverman finished her post by writing that Cowell is “still a big kid at heart,” adding, “And I suspect you always will be.”

Silverman Didn’t Give an Update on Cowell’s Health
One thing Lauren Silverman didn’t touch on in her birthday tribute to Simon Cowell is the music mogul’s current health. Cowell recently underwent surgery on his back, which caused him to miss several America’s Got Talent live shows.
Last month, fellow AGT judge Howie Mandel shared an update on Cowell’s condition not long after he underwent the procedure, which host Terry Crews described as “not an emergency, but it can’t be put off.”
“As I talk to you, he is just hours out of surgery. I heard that it was a success, everything’s okay,” Mandel told E! News. He said he hadn’t called Cowell at the time, joking, “I don’t know that, this close to surgery, if this is the first thing you need to see.”
