Who is the Hedgehog? ‘The Masked Singer’ Prediction & Clues!

The Masked Singer is back with a season that has a ton of new twists and surprises! The format is different than anything the show has done before and the costumes are on another level. Plus, there will be a new high of 22 contestants this season!
One of these masked performers is the Hedgehog, a lovable character who will be in an uphill battle against the Harp to make it out of the season premiere. So who could the celebrity be under the mask? And what clues do we have so far? Let’s take a look!
Clues on The Masked Singer Season 8
The Masked Singer posted one clue about the Hedgehog on their Instagram. The clue was an x-ray of his costume, revealing a carrot. Then, in the season premiere, we got a lot more information. In his clues, Hedgehog stood outside of “Club Hedgehog” while one of the Men in Black acted as a bouncer with a snake around his neck. The Hedgehog said “this isn’t my first big premiere” as he’s let into the club. He claims this is “one of the more normal things” that he’s done. Hedgehog says he’s been naked in Playboy!
He said he’s part of one of the biggest groups of all time, while we see someone playing guitar. He’s sold out the Hollywood Bowl, Sydney Opera House, and he’s even been part of the Olympics. We see a pink bird on screen that then explodes and dies, with X’s over its eyes. While getting a beer, Hedgehog says he not only has a cult following, but also a celebrity following, name-dropping Bradley Cooper, Jimmy Fallon, Kate Beckinsale, Tina Fey, and Elon Musk. Then, Hedgehog is seen patting a Knight on his shoulder. He mentions making the Queen laugh, while one of the Men in Black appears in a crown and cape holding a tea cup.
Popular Guesses for The Masked Singer Hedgehog
The panelists took their guesses in the season premiere. Ken thought he might be Ringo Starr or Elton John. Robin guessed it was Eric Idle, while Jenny chimed in with John Cleese or Michael Palin. Finally, Nicole predicted it’s Bill Nighy from Love Actually. Online, fans agreed with the Eric Idle guess, or also thought it could be Sting, Mel Brooks, or Bill Murray.
